Introducing Off the Dribble founded by Alondra Segoviano. Off the Dribble (OTD) is more than just a game; it's a vibrant space designed exclusively for women, non-binary, and the trans community. OTD offers weekly pickup games and events.
It’s name is inspired by a basketball drill where a player dribbles the ball and shoots once they create space between themselves and the defender. The main logo represents that movement of steps and extension of space that is necessary for the success of this move. Likewise, OTD exists to create a much deserved and necessary space within the Chicago community.
We later designed merchandise including a crewneck and a t-shirt.
The crewneck design exudes a more playful style, with organic typography on the back and puff ink effect via screenprinting. The tshirt design provides a casual streetstyle top.

The OTD monogram playfully nods to the center of a basketball court and gender symbols—balancing conformity and breaking free from tradition. It embraces inclusivity, blurring gender lines and fostering a forward thinking mindset that goes beyond traditional expectations.
